    1. I can not recommend this tea enough! 🙂 it’s wonderful for relaxing and helps with getting a good nights sleep… you can also have it in a juice or smoothie 🙂
      Here’s a recipie if you like 🙂
      1 cup of frozen blueberries
      ½ banana
      1 cool cup of Yogi Honey and Lavender
      1/2 cup of coconut milk
      1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
      ½ cup of ice
